We take briefs for a single appointment and for entire staff structures, and we apply the same selection to a seasonal chauffeur as we do to an estate manager: verified history, personal references, and a face-to-face meeting before anyone reaches your shortlist.

Our flagship specialism. Private chefs for athletes in season, families in residence and principals who entertain seriously — each one cooked for and referenced before we represent them.
Briefs range from a single chef running a family kitchen to a chef working alongside a performance nutritionist through a competitive calendar.
02Childcare
Nannies
Career nannies, maternity nurses and nanny-housekeepers for families who need genuine continuity rather than a rotating cast.
Every nanny is Enhanced DBS checked or the local equivalent, paediatric first-aid current, and referenced with families we have spoken to directly. Where a role involves travel, we confirm passport validity and flexibility at the outset.
03Household
Housekeepers
Housekeepers trained to private-household or five-star hospitality standard: laundry and wardrobe care, fine surfaces, antiques, service for guests and the quiet routines that keep a home consistent.
We place solo housekeepers, teams within larger residences and housekeeper-cook roles for smaller households.

Household Managers
House managers and estate managers who take the running of a residence off the principal entirely — staff rotas, contractors, budgets, security liaison, vehicle and property maintenance.
For multi-property clients we place managers used to reporting into a family office and working to a formal structure rather than an informal one.

Personal Assistants
Private PAs, hybrid business-and-private PAs and executive assistants who move comfortably between a diary, a household and a family’s private affairs.
The best of these appointments are long. We screen heavily for discretion, judgement under pressure and the willingness to work to someone else’s rhythm without needing recognition for it.
06Transport & Security
Chauffeurs
Chauffeurs and security drivers with clean licences, advanced or defensive driving qualifications where required, and an instinct for routes, timing and being unremarkable.
Several of the drivers we represent hold close-protection training and have worked with public-facing clients under media attention.
